Recently, Paul, Julie and a host of lovely helpers went to the Dominican Republic to deliver some supplies and meet the kids who were chosen to receive this years scholarship. You’ll meet the new kids, and re-visit Yancarlos the student from last here who is still doing well in school. Look for more information soon.

Thanks for checking in everyone. It’s school supply buying time, and all over the place stores are running sales on notebooks, pencils, pens, rulers, calculators, scissors and loose leaf paper. Sometimes its a penny, sometimes its a quarter and while we try to maximize how much we can purchase you can help by picking up some cheap supplies along with the printer ink you went to buy. Let us know if you can help us out. If nothing else you we can go together and you can help us double our purchases (most stores have maximum numbers of product you can purchase on sale.
Below are some of the supplies we’ve been able to get so far this season, and will be delivered in January. Thanks for all your support.

Now that we have a logo we’re LEGIT, right? Too legit.
We hope you like the new logo. We thought it was just badass enough to represent Mick, just fun enough to remember his personality and just professional enough that we can really keep this thing going and make him proud.

The Totals Are In!

There is still money coming from some really wonderful people who are excited to help, but as of now this is our total money raised from the 2nd Annual MPH Foundation Happy Birthday Mick Fundraiser. This money will go along way towards meeting our goal of sponsoring 5 additional kids with education scholarships this year, and helping with Blanco’s Kids program as well. A thousand times over, thank you.

Thank you to everyone who made the MPH Foundations HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICK FUNDRAISER an awesome event. Celebrating with all of you was a great way to celebrate what would have been his 25th birthday and to raise some money for a great cause. Lots of you traveled as well which was awesome and even a bit overwhelming. We’ll have some details about how much was raised soon.

Also, Thank you to the Lazy Oaf Lounge for letting us host this event there two years in a row, and for hooking us up with a fat gift certificate for our raffle. Also thanks to the Great Dane Pub of Madison for their gift certificate donation. That was really cool of you both.

We now have an online donations form where you can donate directly using your credit card or PayPal Account! We are geniuses. It only took an hour to figure out how to put the button on here.

If you go to our “About” menu and click on “Donate” it will let you know how to get started. It takes only a couple of minutes and the donation page should pop up as a separately. PayPal works great.
